RESERVATION POLICIES

  • The guest can cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the check in without generating any cost
  • Children under 3 years free sharing a room with their parents or guardians.
  • Pets are accepted at an additional cost of $ 150 with a prior notice and as long as the guest takes care of their pet
  • In order to guarantee a 100% reservation, the guest must make a bank deposit or transfer of at least the first night of stay to the hotel account or provide their credit card information (number, expiration date, cod. Seg.) Otherwise your reservation will be canceled at 2 pm.
  • In case of no show without prior notice, a 100% charge will apply for only one night per reserved room.
  • Cancellations in high season (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Easter Week, Thanksgiving, Summer holidays in July and August and national holidays such as September 16, February 5, March 21 and May 5) have to be done 72 hours before the check in date, otherwise they will produce a charge of the total amount of the reservation.
